We take care of healthy children at the age of 0 to 12.

*The childcare fee will be borne by "The 53rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Toxicology".

Things to bring

Your Identification of Meeting participation / Your child's disposable diapers
Please prepare according to the needs of your child.

Meals

We offer infant formula and a feeding bottle free of charge. If you prefer to bring your child's feeding bottle, we are willing to use it. Baby foods and juice are offered at an additional charge. Children meals from the hotel room service are also available.

Health condition

Please be reminded we cannot accept your child when he or she has fever over 37.5 ℃, infectious diseases, is in poor physical condition, or is not being suitable for group nursery.
* Nursery staff cannot give any medication.

Insurance

We, “Little Mate” *Nursery room join the insurance in case of any accidents / injury. However, it is beyond the coverage if the accidents are not due to negligence of the sitter or in the case of force majeure. "The 53rd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Toxicology" will not be held responsible for any accidents.

Operation system

Qualified professionals take care of the children. *One sitter is for two children.
